Being a little girl is over and here I am now, being a teenager. The truth is always hurting me. The truth is teling me that I am one of those teenagers who belong to the age of puberty wherein I am not considered a child anymore, but neither as an adult. Just like me, I just don't know where I stand now. I can't understand the things that are happening to me now especially my moody attitude. I don't know what will I do to my life. I am confuse.

Will somebody ever tell me? Will somebody ever tell me that things are different now? That nothing is left to stay but the memories of the past, the childhood? I am a teenager and I know nothing, but I wonder why and ask the why's and hows of life. I just don'tknow where I am right nnow. I am not a child anymore and yet, I am not old enough to understand things that have to be explained. Do you think there's anybody who will tell me what to do?

It is wonderful to be a teenager. A teenager who is living a glamorous life, having wonderul time with his/her friends. A very carefree person who never gives a damn about what other people might think. A person who does whatever he/she wants to do without thinking the others. Why do people can't understand us? Why don't they give us chance to show them what is inside our laughters?

I must admit. I know what happiness is and I know how to be in it. I can laugh easily and I am sure, I am a vey outgoing person, but that doesn't mean that I have no questions with my life and it doesn't mean that Iam not encountering problems like other people. You see, you just can't blame me. My life seems so empty. Yeah! I can feel much emptiness. I can feel that sometihng is missing with my life.
Will somebody ever tell me? Will somebody ever tell me what are the exact answers to my questions, the things that are missing in my life? Can I express what I really feel?

The pains of wanting won't go unless the realization of dream comes, dreams of being our true selves. Dreams of being old enough to understand the hows and why's of life. I know that this time will come to my life and I know that if that time comes, the answers to my question will also be answered. I bet you!

What makes life worth living? Is it popularity? power or influence? For me, to make our life worth living is to have a personal relationship with Jesus. Living with Christ and knowing or seeking Him is like when you are drowned, the more you need air to breath the more you need Jesus.

The 700 Club in QTV Channel 11 is a show to make our life worth living. A life story of the believers, its about the time that they are lost their life and found by Jesus Christ or How God moves in their Life. Some of the people gave their testimony, almost of them before are addict, drug Lord, killer and other bad habits. They wasted their lives of meaningless things. During they have nothing, that is the day that we seek God, like the story of the Prodigal son, the time that when his resources is gone and almost nothing he decided to be humble, go back to his Father and ask for forgiveness. When they experienced God’s forgiving grace and accept him as Savior they received a new life or transformation by simply opening their heart in faith to Jesus Christ. New life is surrendering our life to Christ. You won’t surrender to God unless you trust Him, but you cant trust him unless you know him better. That the promise of our Savior, the promise of new life, a life abundant and eternal.

To be a Christian you must be a follower of God, be humble and surrender oneself to God. To know that you have Christ in your life you have the fruit of the Spirit such as love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control against such there is no law. They have crucified their flesh with its passions and desire and walk with Christ. Some one says that no complete satisfaction. When you have Christ in your life you a complete satisfaction. As above normal person you are always happy but it doest mean that you have no problem. If you see if the normal person has a problem they are sad but if they don’t they are also sad. To be with Christ mean you have everything because his grace is sufficient and overflowing.
We are died with sin, Alive with Christ and cleansed by his blood. Now we know we are created because we are plan by God’s pleasure, all we can do is give the highest praise and worship only in his name.

Life is a series of surprises, there are lots of emotions that we encounter in our daily lives, happiness, excitement and sometimes life's challenges can shake us at our very core. All of us experience major and minor life challenges. How we handle these struggles on a daily basis determines our physical, as well as our mental well-being. It takes only a single event to convince us we have no control over our circumstances. Sometimes these challenges consume us with guilt, panic attacks, or chronic fatigue. Our problems pressure us from every side, threatening to crush or break us.

Most of the time, failures in life that we encounter changes our perspective towards life, as we go along and face all those challenges, our beliefs changes and faith is being tested. Surprisingly, all life challenges have a direct relationship in defining our purpose in life. If only we could find assurance that there was a plan or reason for the difficulties we face. We search for meaning in tragedy, questioning our reason for hope or a future. “Why me God? How can I ever forgive? I hate my life! How do I stop the pain?” Life challenges enable us to see ourselves at our best and our worst. We may attempt to temporarily escape our circumstances, falling into alcohol addiction or drug addiction. Others find themselves overwhelmed, careening out of control even contemplating how to commit suicide.

Sometimes, we face our greatest life challenges when we struggle to find love, security, and assurance that life truly has meaning. Our fears, unhealthy behaviors, and excessive emotional struggles result from our inability to interpret and correctly cope with our circumstances and feelings. Whether wrestling with chronic pain, forgiving infidelity, or trying to conceive, it is possible to move beyond that place of hopelessness. When we develop a personal relationship with the One who created us, we discover how God wants us to respond in any given situation. We all know that emotions are a vital part of the way we are made. Yet we can’t understand why it takes so long to heal from emotional injuries. We would never prematurely remove a cast or sutures until the broken bone or skin was fully restored. We must realize complete emotional healing requires time. The book of Psalms offers great comfort when experiencing long-term emotions like sadness, fear, and grief. “He heals the brokenhearted, binding up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3) .Let make Bible as our great companion.

There were times that we need to make hard decisions that sometimes measures our faith and how strong and weak we really are. Sometimes these decisions broke our rules and beliefs in life and for all those choices we only need to pick one which we think is right and the best. But sometimes that best choice we picked is not easy to deal with. And it’s hurt, but we must to, for us to live with peace of mind and away from up coming worries. Dealing with pain is quite difficult but it can be done we just need to get up and learn from those experiences and move on with our lives. Let us give ourselves a chance to be wise enough in facing those trials and an opportunity to start a new beginning with faith. As the sun sets there is always be a new day to shine that gives us a new hope.

How Can I Make Real Friends? by Davion

Everybody needs friends. But when you are young, friends can have more influence over how your dress, act, and think your parents do. I've been going to school for 12 years, but in all that time I've never managed to make one single friend although I'm a kind and friendly person. But just what are real firends? And what is the secret of having them? According to a proverb: "A true friend is loving at all times and becomes a brother in times of trouble. For my own opinion, taking an interest of others is the key to starting up friendships. A person who thinks straight and talks straight is thus the kind of person I should want as a friend.

Sometimes a so-called friend will see you get into trouble and then say, "I saw you leading up to that, but I was afraid to tell you", but when a real friend sees you going the wrong way, he will try to warn you before its too late. IN finding friends, get to know some people who are older than you or the same age with you so that it will help you to get matured-mind and it reflects who you are. Age doesn't matter in finding friends. If you had a friend pay attention to how you listen, it applies well in developing relationships. Being a good listener is vital in building a friendship.

Be loyal, another important aspects of being a good friend. On my side, I would defend my friend when others would say some disrespect remarks but only if were in the right. Share your feelings to your friend. This, of course, does not mean that you should pour out your emotions to everyone that you meet but you can be honest with evryone. And as you get to know and trust someone, you can gradually reveal more of your deepest feelings. In other situation. mis-understanding might occurred. There is a tendency that you would have a trouble with your true friend. But don't let the day pass without being fine. Do not expect perfection. We all make mistakes in all kinds of way that causes problems. We have to be willing to give.

We have our own deelings about things but we are willing to give in to make room for your friend's feelings and opinions. As a friend, I learned a lot of things to my friends that I can apply to my everyday life. So, friends are important because you will find the satisfaction of knowing that you proved your loyalty, love and respect to them and showed yourself to be a true friend.

Especially to those person who are greatly affected by poverty. But poverty is not a hindrance to reaching out our goals in life. if your real objective is to be a successful person someday, you just have to set your mind straight to those objectives. We should not mind the problems that come along the way. Whenever we encounter problems, we should face them and never give up. They are just challenges that help us to become a stronger person. They serve as our guide. In reaching out success, we should also be patient. On our way to success, not every time there will be smooth road; there is always part of it where we have to face obstacles. If we fall once, we have to stand up and be strong. Never say die. Success always comes along with hard work. If you try your best and strive for excellence, success will never be too far from you. We should also be optimistic. Always look on the brighter side of everything. Think positive. And of course we should never forget to look back when success is already on our hands.

The school of BNHS is my dear alma mater. Wher I started to enjoy mylife, during the time my funnyt classmates.In my first year high school days, sometimnes we're not so serious in our study, we always visited from place to place and did everything we had been enjoyed, bonding everywhere, we shared those laughter stories, jokes rather than to study our lessons, mostly everyone of us was not intended to read books. I thought if how's my condition when it comes a fourth year student? Because during our T.L.E subject, i saw those fourth student year make a delicious cake for their project and I'm insecured them in those activity. I thought that the time will comes that i might experience that kind of activity they had made.

When i reached my second year, third and fourth year, I tried to stand on my own, for my family have no time for me in attending whatever school activity, so I my own did it for me. Like when the enrollment comes, I myself tried to talk to a person who is attended in that particular arrangement of my papers to comply my needs and when my school days comes whatever the school administration calls for parents to attend meetings. I myself pretended that my parents is on my side but in truth my purpose is just to listen for what must my parents will contribute on what will be the result of a particular school assembly for Parents and Teachers together for school organization.

Now and then, I've experience a lot, with my schoolmates, classmates, teachers and more teachers loves me during my high school life, sometimes one of my teacher wants me to live in their house, but more I love my grandma, I can't leave her whatever happen.

Tpo my every subject, I wished to have a good grades in every grading periods that I liked to see in my report cards, but in what way i can get a good grades? Then, I realized that I can't reached those grades I had dreamed if i did not study hard and try to become intended in this hobby. Through my faith and hardwork I overcome it. Then I started to shared my knowledge to my classmates and I started to become serious and responsible student. Especially in my fourth year high school for we are still graduating , we must aware in evrything for what is happening. Currently, maybe we are in critical situation for choosing the careerfor our future. Even there are times that we're in a difficulty in life living, we had been enjoyed our days while we're being solved the problems.

I still remember my happiest moments that we had been together with my classmates when my classmate invited us to their fiesta. We walked together to their far place where they had been celebrate their fiestas. We're so much excited & enjoyed on that occassion, there's a lot of people are happy, there is a closeness of friends, relatives, and togetherness for the whole barangay. Then, we enjoyed eating delicious different kinds of foods, then go to different beautiful places, chuch, gymnasium, where we saw different games, carnabals, the beautiful beaches, I heard and saw the wonderful sound of sea waves on sea shores.

Suddenly, when the graduation came, most of us didn't like to far apart each other, 'coz we missed each others in those days that we'd been together during our laughters and fears the emotions that we had. Some of my classmates saying "Hope it will back to the future".

Thus, mosat of us are not ready to enter college life. High school is different to college life., it is facing a challenges and careern and excitement, sometimes fear. But in high school full of enjoyment and laughters. Then, I relaized that there is no way to progress in dicontinous studying. And now, i accept that improvement is needed. No matter how difficult it is to face challenges in this profession. Therefore, now and then following my destiny and my wonderful days of life wiht my faith and love to God.

Love and Friendship met at the same road of life. Love asked Friendship “what is your purpose when I already exist?” friendship replied and said “I will put smile when you put tears”!

Throughout our life we get involve into different kind of relationship; other relationships are not forced upon us but we do not have full domination over love. Like if we fall in love with someone, we cannot choose whom we want to fall in love with; even though we have some ideal person we want to fall but love is really incomprehensible and unexpected.

Love plays a major role in our lives. Love serves as a distinct inspiration to every individual. Love exhibits its own purpose and meaning in different ways. There are love in friends, family and another person in our life. Like a mother’s love for her children is countless, that no expensive things can replaced. She will always stand on your side to defend and to protect you.

Another example of one great love is Friendship. Friendship is explained to be as warm mutual attachment by the quality of one’s heart and kindness. Friendship doesn’t by appearance but rather by the inner elegance and beauty. It has a sincere heart and an open mind to love and to respect. Friendship doesn’t measure by a person’s status in life, whether you are poor or rich. You can be friends because of the character you shared. It is true that we can choose friends unlike our families. But what kind of friends we chose is depending on our character. They say that friend brings out the best in us and human cannot live alone without friends. We consider some people to be friends, even though they are not that close but there are some points of situation that they need each other. A friend is not just a close companion. Friendship is about give and take, reaching and seeking help.

Love is not supposed to be always happy, don’t expect love to always make you feel good; but do expect it to make you grow as a mature individual. Don’t be tired to love, you deserve to try and find the one who deserve you’re love. The greatest love that you will find is the given gift from God, so give your heart and trust to God. Because you will achieve the true happiness in God’s will and that’s the true meaning of love: waiting and patience.

If you can’t give people happiness they want, just try to be nice to erase their sorrow; I guess that’s the essence of friendship. You can have many friends but it’s really hard to have true friends who can honestly say what’s wrong with you, even it will hurt you. True friends are also given gift from God to serve as an angel to guide you in the right path. It is more painful to loose a true friend because I know that it is hard to find a true companion. So I value my friends as I value myself.

True love can only be earned if you receive love and you know how to give love back. Friendship put smile in every faces, even life has so many problems to offer; you can make it with the help of sweet and extraordinary friends.

Why I Want to Become a Nurse by Ophelia Borja

When I was still young, I thought that the world was for my taking. I had wanted to become a scientist, a fashion designer and sometimes a simple ice cream flavor maker. I had dreams of becoming insanely rich,powerful and famous. Then as I grew older and began to think more reasonably, I started to see the world for what it really is, well not an unhopeful world but not the sunshine, rainbows type either that I thought it would be as a little girl. Sometimes things do not happen the way you hope it would be. First, my parents would just not agree to send me to a Fashion school nor a Culinary one. It was too much risky and expensive, they demand that I seek a more stable course and I wasn't able to complain and had to go with their decision. After all they are the ones financially responsible for my education. Then I had to choose. What is it that makes me happy as much as designing or eating ice cream does, is there something else that I'm interested in doing ? A reliable course that my parents would happily comply with.

Growing up with both my parents working in a hospital have greatly influenced my decision. Seeing them help other people made me understand that true joy does not lie on fancy clothes nor scrumptious sweets but in being able to do kind acts to other people,even though you hardly even know them at all. So I chose to take up nursing, even after all the rage that nursing is not in demand anymore and were bound to end up in call centers.I say being a nurse is very advantageous. Being a nurse brings stability since there will always be a sick person to be taken care of.Another is that being a nurse opens more oppurtunities to expand my studies by choosing from the varieties of specialties a nurse can choose and excel in. I also took up nursing because it has always been one of my dreams to become a doctor and taking up nursing as my pre-med is a useful experience prior to taking up medicine, for I can choose to work or study after graduation, depending on my situation in the future. And of course, taking up nursing does not only benefit me but all the people around me which I can help whenever the need to arises.

All things considered, Nursing was the best course I could take up in view of the benefits of this profession and I did. It also settled things between me and my parents on what and why I should take up nursing as my course.

Incidents happen because of carelessness,and many other stuffs, this things do happen because of the people involved,they do such crime,where in fact they commit sins through this, they kill human beings,where in all lives in this place were given by God as a gift from Him.

I keep on asking myself,what is the meaning of life?Dictionaries shows this as the meaning of life: life is the interval of time between birth and death,The interval of time between one’s birth and the present. This meanings came from different kinds of people, came from different thoughts,ideas and own beliefs as they go through the process of their lives,they suddenly put up their own meaning of life as they realized their selves. There are so many people who are tired of their conditions in life, so as they comprehend their status they may say that life must be unfair,their reason might be because of the poverty, but some has a very wide thinking not to look at the dark side but,on the brighter side,though they are experiencing poverty they still thank God for the life given to them because they believe that things in the land are not permanent,where in as good people die they will be more happy because God prepared a very nice place in heaven for them,but when rich man end into death with a poor heart condition and shows greediness while he is still alive he can bring diamonds,gold and money to his grave but can’t bring it on his next life.

As I wake up every morning I thank God for giving me another day to live,to explore the gift He gave me.As I see my family,and my special someone I thank God for my life.As I go to sleep I do the same thing I pray and ask Him to give me another morning.There are times whenever my parents scolded me,yelled at me.I usually think of disappearing, but whenever I close my eyes in darkness I am afraid to be left alone and die.I’ve started to hate myself for thinking of wasting the life given to me,because there are lots of people in the hospital,people who’s living on streets,for those who are suffering,risking their lives doing everything just for survival and start a new life.I have realized how important life is.

Another thing that makes me realize how important life is,because there is someone who loves me so much and I love her most.It is very important to be loved and to be in love with someone who shows me the real meaning of LIFE.

Can you still remember the days when you were still in grade school? It was been so long since the last time we doodle things like shapes, words, lines, etc. It was been years and sometimes you couldn’t imagine that now, you are waiting for the only thing a student can ever hope for, the diploma.

Who would forget the things you shared together? There were a non-stop chatting, talking and laughing on each other’s mistakes. There was also bullying, teasing, crying, bonding, and doing many crazy things when you were still in school. It was funny to recall all those things. Before, you would do every possible way for you not to be late in your first class until you would just notice that you wore a wrong pair of socks; that you forgot to zipper your pants or to button your clothes or perhaps, you forgot to comb your hair. The worse one was to scold by your favorite terror teacher in early morning class. Then suddenly, you would just realize that you forgot to do your assignment that was given three days ago. Unfortunately, you fell asleep during class and failed your quizzes. Unluckily, here was the guidance office waiting for you.

Sometimes you experienced cramming for not reviewing, especially if you had quizzes or exams, because you were busy texting last night. But, the life of being a student was not always like that. After all, you still enjoyed to come to school. One good reason was because you were free to talk to your coolest friends in the class; you could able to spend and enjoy your everyday allowance. In addition, you could glance to your inspirational crush in the campus.

We have so much shared our experience together; through happiness and frown, from zero to perfect, through laughs and tears, and from saying, “Hi!” to the saddest word, “Goodbye.” It seemed like yesterday you were just day dreaming while sitting on your own chair, then suddenly your about to walk across the stage. Wait, you didn’t need to be sad for It was just the beginning of your new life. A life to live more independently.

If I were you, I’ll do everything I can, give my best shot, for it will bring a huge influence of my future life. It’s time to be more serious. Stop fooling around. When the time comes that you are already successful person, the only problem that you will have is how to enjoy your life. Like what they said, “Any other things can wait: love life, wealth, peers, but never the time and education.”
